With over 40 years as a professional chef, I've worked in restaurants and kitchens in the UK and abroad, including training in Italy with Antonio Carluccio. Many of you may also know me from The Chequers in Berrick Salome and, Dine Out at Home or before that, The Three Tuns in Henley-on-Thames.
