Booking & Payment Terms

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. This confirms your reservation and allows me to begin preparations.

Payment Schedule:

28 days prior to your event – 50% of the remaining balance will be due. This allows us to begin sourcing ingredients, planning logistics, and booking staff if needed.

On or before the day of your event – The final 50% balance is payable. This can be settled by cash or BACS transfer. Some clients prefer to settle the final balance prior to the event to avoid handling this on the day – this is entirely your choice.

Payment Methods:

All payments can be made via BACS transfer (bank details will be provided). Cash is also accepted for the final balance if preferred.

I have a small kitchen and minimal equipment, can I still book you?

I have cooked in a variety of kitchens, and I will always bring my own equipment along to ensure I can cook your meal to the highest possible standard.

I am concerned that I will be left with lots of cleaning to do after the event...

I will ensure that the kitchen is spotless before I leave. You won't have to worry about any cleaning or washing up

Will my kitchen be 'Out of Bounds' while you are at the property?

Absolutely not! I am very easy going and do my best to work around you, whether that is with pets or children. All I ask for is a tidy kitchen when I arrive

What areas do you cover?

I am based in South Oxfordshire I cover Oxfordshire, Berkshire,the Cotsolds and Bucks. I will happily travel throughout the UK (travel fees will apply) so do please feel free to enquire.
